Returns Policy:

You may return or exchange any product that is incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged within 10 days of delivery. WaqtBachao.pk reserves the right to reject return requests that misuse our generous policy or involve items without original tags and packaging.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered—unworn, unwashed, and free of any defects.
  • Items must include all original tags and packaging.
  • Please provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Shipment Method for Return or Exchange:

Once your return request is submitted, our customer care team will guide you on how to ship the product back. Depending on your location, you may either drop off your item at a nearest location or arrange for a pickup service, which is available in select areas. Please allow 3–4 working days for your return shipment to reach us.

Refunds or Exchange Policy:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. The eligibility for a refund or exchange depends on the product condition and your preference.

  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your preferred payment method within 24 hours.

  • Exchanges: The transit time for exchanges is the same as our standard delivery time (3 to 5 business days) from the time the exchange is shipped. You are entitled to receive an exchange of equal value to your original order.
