📦 Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange a product within 10 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective item.

  • You are not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange it.

  • You want a different size or product (based on availability).

Note:
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the product is:

  • Used, washed, or worn

  • Missing original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase

  • Damaged due to misuse or mishandling

To be eligible for return/exchange:

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and packed properly

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required

🚚 How to Return the Product

After you submit your return/exchange request:

  • Our team will guide you through the return process

  • You may be asked to drop the product at a courier point or we may arrange a pickup service (available in selected areas only)

  • It may take 3–4 working days for the product to reach us

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 24–48 hours

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • If you opt for an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement once the returned item is received

  • Delivery of the exchanged item will follow the same timeline as our standard delivery (3–5 business days)

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect
